The opportunity

We are currently looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Education team. This is a lucrative role where you will be hands on in candidate sourcing, and assist in placing great temporary and contract talent with our clients. You will also be responsible for responding to client needs in order to fulfil shift requirements, sourcing education talent, whilst building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates alike.

You will receive ongoing training and development to ensure you continue to growth in your career, whilst also giving you access to industry leading mentors and thought leaders.  For the right person, there is an opportunity to be fast tracked to Team Leadership!

Who you are

We are interested in hearing from you if are interested in continuing to develop your career in the recruitment industry, with prior exposure to the Education sector being highly desireable.

You will have previous experience in an agency based recruitment environment, ideally having managed a temp portfolio.
