This role will see you be part of a very busy team to ensure the best client experience


Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting customers
- Managing bookings and patients’ details
- Providing patients with relevant booking details
- Data entry
- Managing inquiries via email and face to face
- Liaising with hospitals regarding referrals and bookings

To Be Successful:
- Experience in a receptionist role or a similar industry
- Personable, and keen to learn
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- Sound customer service skills
- High level of organisation and ability to multitask
