THE COMPANY
Located in Melbourne's CBD, this reputable organisation is a market leader in the luxury retail space. This company is currently looking for a receptionist for an initial 4-6 week commitment with potential to extend.
THE ROLE
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Meet and greet clients and visitors into the front office space
- Answer and transfer calls to relevant staff
- Management of meeting rooms set up and bookings
- Organising of catering orders
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Ordering and monitoring of office supplies
- Organisation of travel arrangements
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Previous experience working in Reception roles
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Professional presentation
