The role:
Reporting to and working closely VP and in a small strong supportive team environment, this critical role will be focused on managing and supporting the full proposal / bid process. From receiving requests to mapping out requirements, interacting with Line Mangers, receiving and developing contact through to formatting and submittal.
Selection criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualification – sales / business / marketing
- Previous experience in a similar role – managing the full proposal / bid / tender process
- High level of communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational / time management skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of computer literacy – MS Office Suite essential, InDesign would be advantageous
