people2people have partnered with an industry-leading membership-based organisation that engages with the leadership community through webinars, seminars, and specialised courses, who are currently seeking an experienced Program Delivery Partner to join their team. With a nationwide network of offices, they aim to enhance their member network by providing exceptional support and coordination of events, courses, and initiatives.
about the role
As the Program Delivery Partner, you will report directly to the National Team Leader, becoming an integral part of a supportive team culture. Your main responsibility will be to efficiently coordinate and manage events and courses while offering operational and administrative support. A key aspect of this role involves engaging and liaising with a diverse range of senior executives to ensure the successful organisation of events, educational courses, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage events, webinars, seminars, and specialise courses for the leadership community.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event logistics and delivery.
- Provide operational and administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of all programs.
- Cultivate strong relationships with members, ensuring exceptional customer service and a solutions-focused approach.
- Utilise excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office Suite, and adapt quickly to new systems.
selection criteria:
- Prior experience in a customer-focused role is preferred, preferably within a professional stakeholder or membership organisation.
- Strong time management and organisational skills, capable of managing diverse projects effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver presentations confidently.
- Computer literate, well-versed in MS Office Suite, and quick to adapt to new systems.
- Customer-centric with a focus on providing innovative solutions to meet member needs.
- Possession of a Cert IV in Training & Assessment or similar qualification would be advantageous.
