About the role

As a Personal Assistant, you will report directly to an Executive Director who oversees multiple portfolios within the organization. Your ability to stay one step ahead and anticipate needs will be crucial.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing a complex and ever-changing diary
  • Respond to enquiries
  • Organising travel and accommodation
  • Creating agendas
  • Taking meeting minutes
  • Formatting documents and reports
  • Managing confidential information
 
Selection Criteria
  • Proven experience in a PA/EA role supporting a C-level executive
  • Strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Experience or exposure to HR processes and environments is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to display discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePoint
  • Current or willingness to obtain Blue/Yellow Card and NDIS Worker Screening Card
  • Double COVID vaccination is required
