With stunning offices located in Melbourne's CBD, they are on the lookout for a standout EA/PA to work with an outgoing team in the audit and assurance team.
 
THE ROLE
 
Reporting to the director you will provide support with;
  • Diary, calendar and email management;
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders in a professional and collaborative manner;
  • Organising travel arrangements;
  • Financial budgets and reporting;
  • Client end of month billing;
  • Coordinating and assisting with presentations, meetings, agenda, and minutes; and
  • Broader support to the wider team.
 
ABOUT YOU
 
You will be proactive in nature, flexible and adaptable. You appreciate there isn't just one way to do things!
In addition, you will possess;
  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant/Team Assistant position within professional services or law firm environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and prioritising skills;
  • Extensive calendar and email management;
  • An ability to maintain confidentiality
