Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for managing organizational change and supporting employees through transitions? We are currently seeking 4 x Case Managers to join our team and play a critical role in managing a restructuring project related to a Public Health Facility in Auburn. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of employees during times of change.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 interviews with impacted employees to discuss all available options Managing Excess Staff of NSW Health Service Policy.
- Utilize Excel spreadsheets to match employees to potential vacancies, ensuring effective workforce planning and optimization.
- Provide guidance, support, and advice to employees, helping them navigate through the transition process.
- Provide consistent communication and information to employees regarding their options and entitlements.
- Be adaptable and flexible as project demands change, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition process.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner/Consultant or well-rounded HR Officer.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with employees in a sensitive and supportive manner.
- Familiarity with organizational change and restructuring processes.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and ability to work with spreadsheets for employee matching purposes.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow policy and guidelines accurately.
- Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the public/health service sector is highly desirable.
