Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian payroll legislation.
Interpret and apply multiple Enterprise Agreements (EAs) and Enterprise Bargaining Agreements (EBAs) to ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations.
Handle complex payroll tasks, including leave management, taxation, superannuation, and payroll reconciliations.
Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies promptly.
Utilise advanced payroll systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.


Qualifications and Experience:
Recent end-to-end payroll experience in large-scale organizations within Australia and New Zealand is essential.
In-depth understanding of Australian payroll legislation and the ability to interpret complex EAs and EBAs.
Proficient in utilizing larger payroll systems, demonstrating strong technical acumen.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all payroll activities.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
