Located conveniently in the heart of the CBD, this well-known boutique practice who are approximately 30 in size have a great reputation for professionalism and a positive workplace culture.
They are able to offer flexible working hours and support staff are never expected to commit to any over time. They are open to offering learning and development programs to their team in ensuring you feel motivated and progressed in your role.
THE ROLE:
In this rare Part Time role, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to 1 Senior Partner in the Property Team. Your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Diary and calendar management;
- Dictation;
- Organising meetings;
- Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders;
- Preparing and formatting legal documents; and
- End of month billing.
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience as a Legal Assistant. In addition to this, you will have:
- Strong experience with MS Office;
- Confidence in supporting seniority and are a strong team player; and
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
