The role:
We are currently seeking a Paralegal to become an integral part of their team, offering the flexibility to work full-time or part time.
As a Paralegal, you will be entrusted with managing your own caseload, specialising in Motor Vehicle Insurance.
As a Paralegal, your duties will be, but are not limited:
- Independently managing and advancing your own files
- Drafting correspondence
- File and diary management
- Preparing court documents
- Arranging appointments
- Legal research
To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Essential: Proven experience as a Paralegal in MII or personal injury cases
- Essential: Confidence in handling approximately 100 of your own files
- Essential: Self-motivated and possess a strong sense of Paralegal abilities
- Embrace flexibility - enjoy the freedom to choose between full-time, part-time, or remote work options
