The role:

Drive E-commerce revenue through Samsung’s websites and microsites using your expertise in content, product and promotional management through to completion. 

  • Support the online sales manager to ensure all sales opportunities are being maximised on site and within E-commerce platform
  • Identify gaps, review and improve content based on engagement and analytics data
  • Provide support for delivering user-friendly content that drives business outcomes and ensuring the website delivers an exceptional customer experience and sales conversion.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of input and loading of information onto the e-commerce management system, e.g. pricing, promotions, stocks, and product ranging, related to product (buy pages) and promotional activities.
  • Provide support for global, local enhancement projects, application integration testing, user-acceptance test, and implementation rollout and go-to market activation.
  • Monitor all websites, sales portals, and microsites – routine content reviews to identify any potential issues and escalate to the relevant teams.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience working with Brand and Product Category Teams
  • Responsible for providing specialist advice and expertise on web content management, information architecture and merchandising for all websites
  • Manage all websites, sales portals and microsites updates including price and product management and approval process
  • Responsible for product, price and promotional execution across the Samsung online eco-system

About you:
  • Degree qualified (Commerce / Business)
  • Intermidiate expereince using web publishing (CMS) systems including Photshop and HTML
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in online content management
  • Experience in vendor management and project management
  • Deep Web CMS expertise, preferably SAP Hybris or similar e-commerce platform
  • Demonstrated creative background with experience in developing original ideas into original content for digital audiences.
  • Experience in web publishing including using Photoshop, JavaScript, CSS and HTML
  • Solid understanding of all web based tools and experience using content management systems
  • Proficient in web content management systems and product management systems (SAP Hybris preferred)
  • Proficient in Google and Adobe Analytics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Proficient in Photoshop
  • Intermediate Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and others
  • Experience using collaboration tools, such as JIRA
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Dynamic and entrepreneurial personality with great energy and initiatives
  • Ability to engage and influence
  • Responsible, organized with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in multitasking
