Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. With expansion to their business, we have now an opportunity for an experienced Senior Inventory Analyst to join the team.
About the role:
Inventory Management:
- Manage inventory between the business and 3PL & 4PL providers.
- On site manage stock locations across multiple warehouse and various provider
- Implement and develop processes to reduce inventory discrepancies
- Negotiation and Recovery of contractual inventory charges
- Stock take Discrepancy Reconciliation (Daily+Weekly+ Monthly)
- Manage Monthly and Bi-Annually Stock take (monthly Cycle + bi-annually)
- Implement process changes with Warehouse managers based on stock discrepancies
- Implement audit controls based on stock variance and report outcomes
- Report and manage ‘in-transit’ orders and stock variances in regional hubs
- New Model QC Coordination (measure KPI from QC to FG)
- Maintaining incidental cost matrix for accruals (Duty, Insurance, Freight, etc)
- Manage logistics KPI - Abnormal Ratio, Inventory consistency
- Manage On time GI KPI
- Develop action plans with 3 & 4PL partners to increase GI KPI
- Report weekly DFN (futile stock) to key stakeholders (Sales and AR)
- Wrong units adjustment (change of models) and relevant financial transaction approval
- Service asset stocks (seed stocks, training, test, giveaway) management
- Urgent end of month stock transaction (requires out of business hours and weekend work required)
- Monitor and manage all system stock movements from 9am – 9pm on normal business days
- Thorough understanding of inventory and warehouse management process
- 2 years+ administrative and inventory controlling experience, preferably in logistics or transportation role.
- Intermediate Excel Skills (Vlookups & Pivot Tables)
- Understanding of SAP system.
