THE FIRM
This Australian law firm is a mid-tier that is led by a diverse and progressive group of expert lawyers. They have been established for over 40 years and are currently over 90 strong in headcount.
They have grown substantially and continued to partner with clients in a range of sectors across the legal and commercial space.
THE ROLE
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for marketing and communications across the law firm, supporting the lawyers in a range of marketing activities to promote their practices and the firm. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Work closely with CEO on the firm’s marketing and BD strategy and execution
- Manage LinkedIn social media activity to build the presence and engagement of the practice and the lawyers
- Manage and coordinate internal and external events and conferences
- Oversee website management including posting, announcements and blogs
- Liaise closely with lawyers to implement strategies to build client base
- Create and execute on marketing collateral and sales materials, including capability statements, brochures, and promotional material
- Drive new marketing initiatives and strategies to grow and optimise the practice
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Previous experience working in marketing and communications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar
- Experience working within legal or professional services preferred
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Be highly accountable, autonomous, and a self-starter
- Experience using MS Office, LinkedIn, Canva or Adobe
