This ASX leader in the resources sector is diversifying into new and innovative market sectors. With the ability to attract, retain and develop their people, they continue to drive and deliver efficiencies, optimise operations and maximise opportunities.

With a strong balance sheet and investor returns, in this role you will focus on driving and executing strategy, M&A and transactions. Reporting to General manager level, you will partner the executive management team, CFO and finance team, along with site based and department heads across the business. You will manage commercial and financial analysis, build models and forecasts, research opportunities locally and overseas, execute deals and integrate these into the existing business.

With resource sector experience, you will have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant Masters degree in finance and accounting, engineering or economics. You may be an investment banker in the resources sector or a Big 4 Senior/Manager in M&A advisory with resources clients.

Offering a hybrid work place, our client is open to a Manager or Analyst level of experience and the remuneration package (base, super and up to 30% bonus) is commensurate with experience.
