Join a well-established and successful Brisbane based food manufacturing business supplying their quality products both nationally and internationally. Being in a growth phase, they now have an exciting opportunity for Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis in a newly created role.
about the role
Reporting to the Snr Analyst and working with stakeholders throughout the business, this role is key to the ongoing success of the business. You will be instrumental in the improvement of processes and development of reporting and analytical tools to support decision making.
Your key tasks, will include but not be limited to:-
- standard product costing
- sales reporting and analysis
- production reporting
- variance reporting
- inventory management
- support month end processes and reporting
- budgeting and forecasting
- ad hoc projects as required
about you
CA/CPA (or near qualified), you will demonstrate a stable work history and experience working as a management accountant within a commercial environment. While previous manufacturing experience isn't essential, it is highly regarded.You will describe yourself as motivated, proactive and improvements focused with strong attention to detail and advanced excel skills.
