A reputable boutique CBD Law firm are seeking a driven legal secretary with a natural interest and experience within Litigation to provide integral administration support to their close knit Litigation team.
This is a temporary position with a view to transition to a permanent long term career.
The Firm
Based in the heart of Sydney CBD, this firm boast strong staff tenure, a close knit team that celebrate each others strengths and achievements and offer a training plan tailored to your experience. Specialising across corporate & commercial, Family & Employment, through to Construction, the firm, the firm have long standing relationships with their clients spanning decades and apply the same approach to their staff, offering WFH of 1 day after probation.
The Role
Joining a team of three legal secretaries, you will provide integral administration support to the litigation team across:
- Diary & email management
- Client correspondence and maintaining positive longstanding relationships
- Dictation & Transcribing matter notes
- Opening, managing & closing files related to growing client matters
- Managing team accounts and billing
- Drafting court documentation and filing these through the relevant online portals
The world of Litigation is fast paced so previous exposure to LEAP and Aderant will really help you hit the ground running in this role but the firm offers a full training & professional development plan.
This is the perfect role for you if you have that 3 years experience within a legal support role and a natural interest in progressing your career in a friendly team in Sydney CBD.
Please note this is a full time, administration position that does not offer progression to a fee earning position.
