Located in the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne, this boutique law firm prides itself on its people-orientated approach to high-quality legal services. They specialise in a range of areas including conveyancing, commercial law, contract law, commercial leasing, wills and estates, litigation and dispute management. They are devoted to the progression of their staff and offer flexible working arrangements.
THE ROLE:
The firm are currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join them on full time basis. The role will see you working across mostly commercial work. You duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Creating, preparing, and amending documents;
- Dictation;
- Liaising with stakeholders;
- Assisting with client queries;
- Maintaining client confidentiality; and
- Assisting with any general administration.
To be successful in this position, you will have previous experience as a legal assistant.
Due to this firm having a down to earth and outgoing team, someone who is friendly, warm and has a sense of humour will fit in very well.
