About the role
Reporting to the National HR Manager, the purpose of the Learning and Development Coordinator is to support the development and implementation of L&D activities across the organisation. The position is responsible for driving the outcomes of L&D frameworks as well as ensuring the business meets all state and national compliance requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Administration – updating training matrix, monitoring logbook activities & VOC expiry dates, updating information into HRIS, creation of VOC cards etc.
  • Assist with implementation and management of L&D framework
  • Assist with all business training and development as required
  • Creation and maintenance of business short courses
  • Management of regulatory training requirements
  • Booking external training courses
  • Monthly training reporting to monitor progress
  • Creation and monitoring of Training Agreements as required
  • Identify and develop new initiatives and process improvements
Selection criteria
To be successful in this role you will have
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment – highly favourable
  • Previous experience within a L&D coordination role – essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Computer literacy (MS Office Suite and HRIS exposure – essential)
  • The ability to engage across various levels and with suppliers
