Work with a local government organisation who are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist on a 12 month maternity leave cover!
The Company
This local government manages the authority of over 30 suburbs and is one of the largest in NSW. The area has a large range of diversity, a strong history and famous tourist attractions, filled with regular international and local events.
The Role
- Manage the record keeping process for data entering the LMS and data created within the LMS to ensure data integrity.
- Complete contract management actions to support the delivery of quality learning by external providers inline with polices.
- Lead the development and administration of of the LMS including item creation, scheduling, assignment profiles and catalogues to ensure all learning courses are available.
- Deliver high standard of customer service to internal and external clients by responding to L&D queries and requests.
Experience
- Tertiary qualification in either Business Administration, Communications, HR or IT.
- Demonstrated experience with Success factors LMS
- Strong experience with all Microsoft Suite and Adobe.
