The Role
Working closely with the Sales Manager and Owner of the business you will be responsible for managing and nurturing Key Accounts. Specifically you will:

•Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, delivering a high degree of service
•Process buying and purchasing orders and requests quickly and efficiently
•Effectively networking identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts
•Qualifying, quoting, following up and closing identified sales opportunities

To be considered for interview, you will have:
•Previous experience in an account management or customer support position
•A natural interest and curiosity in technology
•A problem solving nature with strong interpersonal skills
•A high attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication
•Experience in servicing a client portfolio of Government and Defence customers will be looked upon favourably
•An understanding of products available from major IT brands will not go unnoticed
