About the role:
- Monitor workflow and priorities payment requests on a daily basis ensuring all cases are efficiently and accurately processed.
- Verify accuracy of incoming payment requests including pick up an abnormal items and duplication
- Process consumer refund claims /invoice/ employee expense with accuracy in accordance with the policies.
- Prepare weekly and bimonthly payment runs.
- Resolve queries raised by bank in regards to payment request transactions.
- Provide system and policy support to employees
- Work with the NERP team to ensure errors are fixed on time.
- Provide employee expense training
- Assist with month end closing and reporting requirements.
- Unblock credit card claims
- Employee accounts reconciliation as required
- Liaise with internal departments and other stakeholders
- Assist with internal and external audit as requested
- Alert manager of any errors/abnormal items to ensure smooth operation
- Assist with projects and other adhoc duties as required
About you:
- Degree qualified (required)
- Experience using Concur and SAP (required)
- Previous experience in solely AP role (required)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Inpecable communication skills
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment
