THE ROLE
Reporting to the Service Desk Manager, this position has the prime responsibility for providing IT Support for all staff and partners including:
- Logging and tracking all service desk calls and walk up requests, including incidents and escalations for complex issues;
- Maintaining the Service Desk function in such a manner that team members understand the weekly status of the work and are confident that all first level demands are being met;
- Providing statistical reports reflecting service desk activity for management review and quality control purposes;
- Rollout, set up and tracking of IT equipment including laptops, smartphones, handsets and Dictaphones and;
- Providing an advanced level of technical and operational support
- Prior experience in level 1 or 2 IT support will be ideal
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of both hardware and software including Windows 10, MS Office 365, MS Teams, ITIL, and ITSM will be desirable
