About the role
The IT Site Coordinator role is integral to ensuring seamless IT support across multiple project sites. This position offers the opportunity to engage with various stakeholders and contribute to the effective management of IT resources. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating IT operations, ensuring systems are functional and efficient, and providing direct support to project teams.
Key responsibilities
  • Coordinate IT support for project sites, ensuring systems are operational and meet project needs.
  • Collaborate with project managers and teams to understand IT requirements and provide solutions.
  • Monitor and maintain IT equipment and software, ensuring compliance with organisational standards.
  • Assist in the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Provide training and support to staff on IT systems and tools.
Skills & experience
  • Proven coordination experience in IT support within construction or project-based environments.
  • A valid White Card and a relevant qualification (or working towards it).
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing systems, policies and procedures.
  • Strong capability in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues promptly.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
