Role Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer requirements, build relationships, and identify/convert sales opportunities.
- Keep management informed with comprehensive sales call reports and results.
- Service existing accounts, securing orders and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Ensure efficient sales administrative functions and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Collaborate with internal teams, follow up on leads, and generate insightful reports.
- Maintain CRM program, process orders, and handle paperwork efficiently.
Qualification and Skills
- Proven technical sales experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
- Results-driven mindset, adept at handling multiple tasks with technical aptitude.
- Discretion in handling confidential information and proficiency in relevant software.
- Tertiary qualification in a mechanical field (advantageous, but not essential).
