People2people are excited to announce we are partnering with one of the country's fastest-growing luxury retailers in the search for their next HR Advisor to lead all aspects of the HR function in this exciting growth phase.

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Group GM - People & Culture and alongside a HR Coordinator, this is a hands-on position with a focus on talent acquisition. This position is responsible for the coordination of internal HR systems, policies and processes, along with being an integral part of the delivery of professional and effective HR services across the business.Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate and assist with end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition;
- Provide advice to stakeholders on best practice recruitment and talent acquisition strategies;
- Participate in recruitment related projects as identified in the People Strategy;
- Oversee/generate employment contracts, compile new starter packs, coordinate onboarding activities;
- Process new starter documentation and assist with internal employee correspondence;
- Coordinate and support day to day HR functions such as probation reviews, performance reviews, salary reviews, learning and development, and performance management programs;
- Assist with front line HR/ER enquiries (e.g. statutory entitlements, performance issues, pay information), escalating more complex matters as required; and
- Participate in HR projects and support the delivery and implementation of HR initiatives, and programs that are aligned to the organisational strategy.
You will be passionate about the retail space, have a high level of attention to detail and have excellent stakeholder engagement skills. You possess a confident manner and are able to work autonomously.
Additionally you will have proven experience in the Human Resources space within a retail, luxury or professional services setting.
Excellent communication skills are a must, including the ability to adjust communication style to suit various stakeholders across the business. A polished and professional manner, ability to understand the type of service required by a luxury retailer is also key.
