Boasting a stable workforce and a supportive work environment, they are now seeking a HR Administrator to join the team for a 3-4 month period based in inner city Brisbane offie.
about the role
Supporting the HR Manager, this role will see you responsible for:
- Managing email and phone enquiries
- Providing recruitment support
- Phone screening candidates
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding
- Prcessing compliance documentation
- Coordinating interviews
- Updating the HRIS
- Maintain employee records
Selection criteria:
- Proactive approach
- Previous HR experience
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- High attention to detail
- Organised with the ability to follow instruction
- Punctual and reliable
- A team player
