This is a stand alone role based in a newly acquired asset in Southern Highlands
The Role
Prepare and process month end including P&L reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger postings & reconciliations
Ensure compliance and statutory obligations are met with BAS, PAYG and Payroll Tax preparation and lodgements. You will also be a key point of contact for external audits
Prepare half year and year end reporting and annual budget
Analyse variances on actual revenue and wages versus budget on a weekly basis
Ensure payroll information is accurate before processing by outsourced provider
Your Skills
Completed Bachelor’s degree You will have an advantage if you come with prior experience in hospitality industry and have used a Property Management SoftwareYou are able to operate in a hands-on, busy role where you will be charged with providing financial information to non-finance stakeholders on a regular basis
