People2people have been engaged to recruit for a long standing FMCG retailer in Western Sydney. Boasting over a century of history and home to many retailers under one roof, the business is looking for a proactive and committed Head of Retail Markets to build sales strategy and growth.

Role

Join a thriving management team and lead the dynamic sales strategy for the retail market. As the Head of Retail Markets, you will focus on account management and new business development to increase revenue. You will have three direct reports from the retail sales team and will work closely with the marketing team to develop new strategies to increase engagement across the business. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Strategy, you will communicate your sales strategy, reporting on targets and operations.

About You

• Business Development and Account Management experience, preferably in the retail or expo space
• Strong organisational skills
• A flexible working style, and the ability to work quickly and across multiple deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the confidence to liaise with all levels within a business
