In Adelaide, we have been operating for over 3 years and have in that time developed a strong market share over several industries including legal, business support, customer service, sales and finance and supply chain. We are based in Adelaide’s CBD located in Gawler Place, 2 minutes walk from Rundle Mall.
 
Our team is seeking a driven and outgoing Graduate Recruitment Consultant to join them. This will initially be a support position assisting the senior consultants where you will be working towards becoming a 360 Consultant where you will thrive in a busy and fast-paced desk. Duties as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant will include (but are not limited to):

  • Screening and interviewing candidates;
  • Preparing and editing resumes;
  • Sourcing candidates on various platforms;
  • Reviewing applications;
  • Advertising jobs; and
  • Conducting reference checks.
  • Database maintenance and administration
  • Preparing and posting job advertisements
