THE ROLE
Due to growth, our temporary and contract team is seeking a driven and outgoing Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (or Candidate Resourcer) to join them. This will initially be a support position assisting a Team Leader and 2 consultants where you will be working towards becoming a 360 Consultant where you will thrive in a busy and fast-paced desk. Duties as an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant will include (but are not limited to):
- Screening and interviewing candidates;
- Preparing and editing resumes;
- Sourcing candidates on various platforms;
- Reviewing applications;
- Advertising jobs; and
- Conducting reference checks.

Candidates that are degree qualified and have previous candidate resourcer, sales or administrative experience are encouraged to apply.
