Above award rates on offer for warehouse storeman assistants who have exposure to forklift experience either counterbalance or high reach to assist our clients based in Ingleburn.
This opportunity is for someone who is available immediately and can work full-time hours.
** Please note, the current warehouse is based in Ingleburn but will then relocate to St Mary in 2024 **

- All daily inwards of goods to be sorted, labelled, and put away and booked into ERP system.
- Creation of loads in ERP system for all international shipments.
- Liaising with procurement team and suppliers to coordinate all inbound goods.
- Loading and unloading of goods from containers and other vehicles.
- Handle customer returns or warranties and coordinate with QA department once booked in.
- Work with management in organising inventory and its locations physically in the warehouse and in the ERP system.
- Data entry of information into the Warehouse/Logistics database.
- Any urgent request from internal or external stakeholders to be attended with priority.
- Any information or request from internal stakeholders – should be closed with a follow through email.
- Follow all health and safety policies and work procedures.
- Maintain and clean individual work area, material movers, and any equipment provided by the Company as tools for safety and improvement on daily / weekly basis.
- Support all other team members with workloads and be a part of the team.
- Check and respond to emails in a timely fashion.
- Participate in toolbox talks.
- Any other task or duties relating to warehouse to be fulfilled on request from departmental head.
The ideal candidate will have.
- A current forklift license with experience– (counterbalance and high reach). Experience in one or the other will be ok.
- Experienced in a warehousing and logistics environment.
- Strong commitment to quality control and ability to work to schedules.
- Ability to work within a team and unsupervised.
- A “can-do” attitude, reliable, motivated, excellent listening, and communication skills.
- Excellent attitude to safety requirements.
- Willingness to learn and cross train.
- Computer literacy skills at an intermediate level - competent in Microsoft office, ERP systems and Warehousing systems.
