The Company
Well established, privately owned property development business is seeking an experienced finance manager / finance controller to support the COO in all aspects of finance for the business.

The Role
With the company increasing its portfolio over recent years, a need for a full time finance manager has been created. Managing a team of 2, there will be a mix of both hands-on accounting, monthly reporting and statutory accounting and tax, combined with value-added analysis. The role will require someone with a good knowledge of the property industry, and able to combine financial support and guidance to the COO, as well as being involved in the basic bookkeeping issues of a smaller business. Prior knowledge of Estate Master will be advantageous.

The Candidate.
To be successful in this role, it will be vital that you show the right attitude for a SME property business, where you can adapt and learn new skills where required, and show a flexible and hands-on attitude. Ideally, you will be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA) and be able to work on your own initiative, with good knowledge of the property industry, and looking for a new challenge.
