The Company
This market leading services business, operates across all of Australia with its Head office in Brisbane. They are seeking a strong business partner partner to support the Group Finance Manager, being the conduit between operations and Head Office. With continued growth targeted, they require a diligent, commercial business partner to support the operational and corporate team.

The role
This role will be the link between operations and Head Office. The position require someone who is happy to work under their own steam, able to liaise between multiple different stakeholders and finance, and be able to convey financial information in a user-friendly way.The role offers a good range of commercial decision making ability combined with diplomacy, and high profile where you will make a difference on driving divisional profitability. You will help set up and improve the financial reporting and analysis information systems - eg power BI and provide general support to the operational managers. You will help drive the key budgeting and forecasting plans, and be responsible for the overall divisions / sites monthly reporting and analysis. You will play a pro-active role in all areas of operational control, and understand key customer profitability and be the 'go-to' person for operations.

The Candidate
You will be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA) and able to liaise across all levels of departments, drive financial performance, and drive initiatives.
