The Role:
As a Field service technician you will provide top tier technical support and solutions to a range of commercial clientele. Reporting directly to the National Service Manager and based across Sydney and the greater Sydney area, you will identify faults within larger kitchen appliances, provide technical solutions whilst also providing a high level of customer service. In return this role offers autonomy and flexibility for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to technical enquiries across the greater Sydney area
- Ensuring service reports are accurate and coded off
- Day to day service management
- Liaise with internal support teams regarding jobs and schedules
- Consistently provide a high level of service both technical and customer based

To be successful in this role
About you:
- Experience working as a service technician specifically with kitchen appliances
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- The willingness to go above and beyond and satisfy customer needs
- Proven ability to manage a consistent work flow and work autonomously
- Passion for the hands on element of technical service
- MUST hold a Electrical trade qualification
- MUST hold a valid NSW unrestricted drivers license
