The role
A highly capable Executive Assistant who is proactive and has exceptional multitasking skills. You will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy support the CEO and Chair in their day-to-day activities. The role Full-time permanent, based in Adelaide CBD working Monday to Friday.
The duties
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and coordinate travel requirements.
- Prepare reports and prepare them in presentation format as required.
- Liaise with clients on regular basis and answer queries.
- Manage and maintain files electronically.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Liaise with and work closely with internal key stakeholders within operations and finance teams.
- Conduct ad hoc research and provide valuable insights on various topics.
- Prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
About you
You must have intermediate computer literacy skills, ideally with advanced knowledge in PowerPoint and word. Ability to manage high volume work and work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy. Your positive attitude and ability to communicate at a high level will support you well in this fast-paced working environment.
