Our client is a worldwide well-known and highly respected brand in the electronics industry. With expansion to their business, we have now an opportunity for a Sales Support Officer to join the team.
About the role:
Support the organisations E-commerce business in the function of logistics execution and the successful coordination of resources and services via SEAU 3PL Logistics provider.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Escalations for delivery issues and follow up with 3PL
- Liaise with 3PL for any urgent orders or special requirements
- Ensure all e-commerce deliveries are complete per the customer RDD (Requested delivery date), escalate to resolve issues with logistics provider.
- Review and escalate stock discrepancy
- Deal with internal and external customers to ensure Logistics function is carried out efficiently and effectively
- Provide assistance to National Transport Manager on overall logistics execution
About You:
- Intermediate level usage of Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Minimum 1 year experience within Logistics operations Customer Service.
