It's been described by a number of our Customer Service Specialist as the best onboard and training experience for a new role they have EVER experienced. Come join this leading insurance business, as a customer service consultant to help manage the inbound calls from members. Being the first point of contact for the customers, this is a crucial role within the business. Detailed training and support will be provided to ensure you can be the best at what you do.
The Role
- Be the key person in connecting with members and handling calls through to resolution
- Manage the inbound call volume, keeping the member in mind at all times
- Processing members' insurance estimates and amendments
- Be actively engaged with members to provide them with accurate and timely information on products/services
- Have availability to work with a rotating roster between the hours 8am - 8pm Monday - Friday
Your Skills and Expertise
- A people person who communicates well, especially over the phone
- Motivated and strive for excellence in all they do
- Energised to thrive in a fast paced, fun and supportive team environment
- Strong with your administrative competencies with high computer literacy in Microsoft suite
