The initial assignment would be for 6 months.
Duties
As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries, concerns, and support related to our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies to customers, ensuring their questions are resolved promptly and satisfactorily.
- Assisting clients and stakeholders with order placements, tracking, and processing returns or exchanges.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as sales, shipping, and technical support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Documenting customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for further assistance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen attentively and respond effectively to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to resolve issues.
- Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, products, or healthcare services is highly desirable.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in the medical field.
