About the Company:
Our client is a leading supplier of hire equipment, including an extensive range of elevated work platforms and equipment for both hire and sale. The role is an immediate start, for 1-3 months. The hours will be Monday to Friday 08:00am-17:00pm in the Wingfield Suburb.
The role
Taking incoming calls is the first point of contact with both internal and external stakeholders
Quoting on products to customers
Assist with processing customer orders, hire estimates, off hires, and invoices.
Processing orders and providing exceptional service with follow-up calls
Answering inquiries via email and phone providing information in regards to the products offered.
About you
A strong background in customer service or a call centre environment
Very strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to overcome objections and queries
Strong customer service focus.
