About the role
Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, the purpose of the Customer Care Consultant is to provide a positive experience for clients by ensuring that enquiries and requests are responded to in a courteous and timely manner. In this role your responsibilities will include but not be limited to
- Managing inbound customer service enquiries
- Making outbound calls to existing customers
- Educating customers on the best value service for their needs
- Focusing on customer renewal and booking strategies to ensure you are meeting KPI’s
- Accurately updating and maintaining the organisational CRM with customer information
- Assist with scheduling technicians as and when required
- Ad hoc customer service and administrative duties
To be considered for this position you will have
- Previous experience in a customer service, sales and/or call center environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to proactively manage an outbound call stream
- Computer literacy
- Self-motivation and organisational skills
- A customer centric approach
- Experience meeting and exceeding sales KPI’s
