THE ROLE:
The firm is currently seeking a full-time corporate receptionist to join their main office in Parramatta. As a key member of the firm, you will be play a vital role in ensuring a seamless reception experience for visitors and clients.Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering all telephone calls promptly and accurately, ensuring information is recorded and delivered to the appropriate individuals in a timely manner.
- Greeting clients and visitors professionally upon arrival.
- Overseeing the cleanliness of meeting rooms, facilities, and communal areas.
- Liaising with stakeholders to schedule meetings, conferences, mediations, and similar events.
-Coordinating catering and setting up meeting rooms.
-Managing incoming and outgoing mail.
-Ensuring the availability of office and kitchen supplies, stocking printers, collecting and distributing mail, and running errands.
-Handling document photocopying and scanning requirements.
-Assisting teams with administration tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
ABOUT YOU:
To thrive in this role, the successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
-Previous experience in a client-facing receptionist and/or administrator role.
-Legal experience is highly regarded, although not essential.
-Ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanour when interacting with clients.
-Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
-Excellent time management abilities.
-Proficiency in typing and the Microsoft Office suite.
