Reporting to the AR Manager, you will spend 60% of your time following up payments, liaising with a broad range of customers including the government, large and small private companies and NDIS providers. You will also be responsible for account reconciliations, providing invoices to clients including statements, credit notes, refund requisitions and ensuring all procedures are compliant. This is a busy, high-volume role which includes a focus on process improvement.
 
Systems savvy and an experienced AR /collections professional, you will be part of a large AR team. You will have the ability to cope in a busy environment, handle pressure from time to time and a track record of thinking for yourself before asking for help.
