About the Role:
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Handling the day-to-day purchase order process.
- Supervising the Receiving team
- Coordinating and collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and providing assistance in projects.
- Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers that align with the company's needs.
- Managing the tendering process for goods and services contracts.
- Implement and adhere to purchasing policies, procedures and best practices and ensuring procedures related to procurement are strictly adhered to.

About you:
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Proficient in SAP MM
- Proficient in Excel and MS Office
- Exceptional Negotiation and analytic skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Qualification in Material Management is desired but not essential
- Experience in Purchasing and Procurement in Hotel or similar industry
