About the Role

We are seeking a results driven sales specialist, with a never quit attitude to join on a full time permanent basis. Based in Wingfield working hours are Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm, you will be on the road each day meeting with new and existing clients. The role is fast paced and variable working with a high performing collaborative team.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Establish yourself as an industry client solution partner.
  • Building market share through new business development
  • Drive revenue growth to meet and exceed agreed upon targets on a monthly and annual basis.
  • Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key sales customers, working in conjunction with internal stakeholders,
  • Spend time in the field by conducting customer site visits that strengthen business relationships
About the successful candidate:
  • A willingness to build a territory by relentless calling
  • Experience within the Hire industry or another industry similar would be highly advantageous
  • Proven ability to build and foster strong working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels of an organizational structure
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The ability to effectively work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and successfully prioritise work.
  • Strong motivation to deliver an exceptional customer service.
  • A fun, energetic and hardworking approach.
  • Willingness to learn and be coached for success.
  • Current Driver's license.
