THE ROLE
An exciting opportunity has emerged for an experienced Business Development Advisor to join the wider Sydney Team on a full-time permanent basis. Reporting directly to the BD Execuive, the ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the firm's BD activities and executing appropriate strategies. As a part of this dynamic and close-knit team, the ideal candidate will be contributing to brand awareness, client engagement, and the overall growth of the firm. Responsibilities may include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting in delivering the firm's business & marketing plan
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with internal and external service providers
- Implementing BD strategies and contributing to the future direction of the BD Team
- Conducting regular market research, identifying potential opportunities, and proposing effective solutions
- Managing the development and delivery of capability statements, proposals, and other collateral to support business growth
- Analysing data and preparing reports on marketing platforms and campaigns for key stakeholders
- Collaborating with practice groups to understand their BD plans and providing high levels of support
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Min 3yrs experience in a similar position within a Professional Services Environment
- A proactive attitude towards client service, demonstrating energy and influence
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong critical thinking abilities with a deep understanding of market activity
- Prior experience in the legal sector is preferred, however demonstrated experince in professional services may be considered
