people2people are recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Administrator/Call Centre Operator to work for a State Government Department. This is a part-time role (roughly 23 hours per week) for an initial 3 month assignment with potential for extension/permanency, offering an immediate start for the right candidate. Located in Burwood East 3151.
There are various shift times over a 5 week rotation. The earliest start is 6am and the latest finish is 2am. You will not be required to work more than 4 days in a row.
Duties:
- Answer inbound calls and direct them as required
- Allocating meal breaks for staff members
- Respond to client and customer queries
- General ad-hoc duties as required
About you:
- Previous administration or customer service experience
- Great attention to details
- A valid police check or ability to obtain a national police check
- Must be triple vaccinated or willing to get the 3rd vaccine.
