THE COMPANY
This organisation is premier state of the art deposit box facility in Melbourne, CBD. They are currently seeking a standout Administration and Customer Support Associate to join their team!
THE ROLE
The Administration and Customer Support Associate will be responsible for supporting the sales and operations of the business by providing excellent customer service and processing accounts. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Administering the set up of deposit boxes and safes for clients
- Providing one on one consultation with clients and advising on the service
- Handling cash and processing transactions
- Responsibly client accounts according in line with compliance and company process
- Supporting with general administration duties
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, administration, or sales
- Highly trustworthy, reliable, and able to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be available to work every second Saturday
