The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities of the role will include,
- Banking, receipting and allocating of payments
- Bank and account reconciliations
- Processing invoices and credit notes
- Dealing with customer queries
- Set up of new customers
- Building relationships with customers
- Collections and reducing DSO
The successful applicant will have/be,
- Experienced in full function Accounts Receivable
- Experienced in Collections and reducing DSO
- A strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Well presented, positive and professional team player
- Strong systems and intermediate Excel
