This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join a close-knit and supportive Finance Team on a full-time, permanent basis. 

About the role: 
The core responsibilities of the role include: 

• Prepare and reconcile billings for tuition 
• Maintenance of the debtor ledger and review outstanding debt 
• Review and maintenance of the Accounts Receivable inbox 
• Responding to debtor inquiries 
• Preparation of monthly debtors' reports 
• Back up reception relief as required
• Assisting with weekly receipting 
• Other ad hoc admin duties and projects within the scope of the role. 

• Demonstrated experience in the position accountabilities
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management 
• Exceptional numeracy skills
• Computer literate and strong with systems
• Exceptional communication and customer service skillsWillingness to support the spiritual, community and co-curricular life of the School =
